When will my order be delivered?
- Generally a site will tell you during the ordering process how many days (or business days which are usually Mon-Fri) it will take for your order to be shipped. You could also check the information in their "shipping" tab which is usually somewhere on the homepage. If you still want clarification on your specific order or need it tracked, email or call the store in question. Remember that special holidays, such as Christmas,Valentines, Mother's Day etc.. delay shipments, so order early to avoid disappointment.
How do I know if my shopping check-out is on a secure server?
- Generally when you are entering your credit card information there will be a key or locked symbol at the bottom of your browser. The address of the web site will also change from http://www..to https://www... then you will know that the site is now secure. If you don't see this, chances are that you are not on a safe platform to enter your credit card information.
How do I return an item if it doesn't fit or is not suitable?
- Always make sure that you check out each store's return policy before ordering. Some items such as lingerie or swimsuits may not be returnable. Other stores, such as some shoe stores have excellent return policies where they will even pay for the cost of returning an item. With the ease and convenience of online shopping, many stores have made allowances for returns and have terrific return policies.
